“‘Horton Hears a Who’ is about an imaginative elephant who hears a cry for help coming from a tiny speck of dust floating through the air.

Suspecting there may be life on that speck and despite a surrounding community which thinks he has lost his mind, Horton is determined to help.”

As some of you know, my last name is Horton, and i have often heard this book title used as a “joke” about my name.

Silly, huh, and if that would have happened now a days, i could have claimed bullying and gotten counseling

btu here is the thing..read the synopsis of the story again..Horton is..dammit, he is a seeker of truth, a giver of hope, a “man” who follows no leader, and carves his own path thru life

I AM PROUD to be compared to this wonderful character..you should all be so lucky

Okay….
