Im a victim of paternity fraud.

The courts know and wont stop stealing my money weekly
I’ve wrote every one The President, Govenor, Mayor, Congress, State legislature, congressman, no one will help me is there any Judges out there that can point me in the right direction. I dont even want the $100,000 back theve stole from me over the past 11 years I just want them to stop taking my money now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Judge Micini A Poke Michigan Circuit court told me even though this is not my child I will continue to pay and Shes in charge of Genetic Testing I cant get around her
Im thinking about Quitting my job just so I wont have to pay them.
Then I was told the entire story, It was fraud from the beginning this girl was pregnant when I met her. I was only 18 at the time and fell in to the trap.
Im so f***ing pissed every time I see my check I just wanna raise HELL.
Can any body out there give me some helpful suggestions?

have you seriously talked to an attorney about this situation? i would also seek out reimbursement.. a lawsuit against the mother of this child… if proven not to be her father.. this is not right… and is illegal.. unless.. you have signed the birth certificate… and with out proof of dna… and your name is on the b.c… then unless you do get your dna done… you might be screwed..

My friend, your situation is like mine. I, too, have writen everybody under the sun. Even the mighty ACLU will not help us. They said they do not take child support cases. As for getting a lawyer, they are powerless. As for suing the woman, you will,again be wasting your time and money. Judges will throw your case out.Contact Carnell Smith, CAPF. He will help you.

I am sorry to hear your sad story but you can take your case to the supreme courts and sue the child szupport agency. You are going to need a dam good lawyer. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!

ATMDADDY thats what we are and look it up on myspace. It’s a scam of corruption, they know we’re not the daddys but they dont care because they profit either way and certainly dont want to jepordize their sizable salaries and job security when Americans find out exactly how large this scam is.

I have the same problem and have been in touch with the state representatives and senate to try and get them to change the law. They will not vote on this until early next year. I am committed to fighting this, until it is resolved or I am dead, which ever comes first. This is a corrupt system as you have already found out.
