Very Crucial Passport Problem

Help there is a grease mark on my passport form. It does not cover any writing (address, names, etc) but it does cover a space where the ‘passport people’ may write something. Will they except it??

better to be safer than sorry with things like this and actually call them up to find out exactly because they refuse people for all sorts of reasons and you just dont know …
