I have mentioned that I have tried all possibilities. If I could get it from bank or people who I know, I wouldn’t be here asking for help.

Need financial help sooner.
I am looking for someone from whom I can borrow money for about 3 to 6 months with or without interest. I am based in India. Now, the situation is like if I do not pay within a week from now, I would be put behind bars by the banking personnel. I have tried all my sources to find some financial help, but I was turned down everywhere. Fortunately, I have a good paying job, but I do not want to be in trouble with the police or law enforcement authorities or in a situation where I would face a legal problem, especially when I have a wife of 1-1/2 years and a son of 3 months. Now, I am at a situation where I am frustrated and totally stressed out. If you know who can help me out or who can lend me a loan of about $5000, it would be great.

Thanks for not such a great help. I know the situation I am in now. The situation went far from worse after my marriage. I regret of my mistakes, but my heart aches because my wife and son are the worst hit though they were not the part of it at all. I know things will smoothen out in one way or the another, but I definitely will give all and everything to my wife and my son, if at all I am not dead.

It sounds like you got yourself into a legal situation. I am not sure that there is anyone here that can or should help you.
the fact that you are in India does show that anyone willing to foot you the money has no guareentees to get it back. I apologize that this is no help to you but you are going to have to look to someone that can verify your credentials.
Good luck and keep going, by the way 5000 dollars is alot in india what kind of business are you doing that you would be able to repay it in 3-6 months??
I am sorry U have mistaken me for something else. I am into medical transcription and I earn enough, but due to this situation I need an urgent help. My word is a guarantee and if u want I can get a certificate of deposit from my bank for you as well or I can send u a check of the similar amount with the documents you require. But if you have made up your mind, then I cannot help you out. Thanks for your comments. I have relatives in California. They have money which they do not want to lend me. If they can lend me some, then I wouldn’t have been here looking for help. Thank you very much.

For your information, I landed in this trouble because of my nature of trusting everybody and them taking advantage of me and cheating on me financially. In my case, I have been cheated by all my family members and I landed in this financially frustrating situation, even my parents didn’t spare and took out most of my earnings. My heart aches because if something doesn’t work out, I would kill myself and my wife and son would be at the mercy of others who have cheated me all my life.
