I want to buy a touring motorcycle, but I’ve never ridden before.

Yeah so I want to get a bike and do a lot of miles cross-country, but I don’t know anything about bikes. I’ve heard good things about the Triumph Sprint **** and I want a sporty touring model. Does anyone have any suggestions?
