hand help: I have suddenly arrive on my Foxfire page a 2″ grey band at the bottom of the page. - Help.com

I have suddenly arrive on my Foxfire page a 2″ grey band at the bottom of the page.

If I move the page around it still is there.
On the left hand side there is a red up arrow 1/2″ fom the bottom,which does not do anything except sit there.

I have tried everything I know to resize the page back to normal but to no avail !
Has anyone any ideas please ? [dont say go and buy a massive monitor :-)]
