hi.

a few months ago i had a blood test after taking an overdose of paracetamol to make sure if i was okay.

if i had anything like anaemia or diabetes, would this have come up on this blood test?

Sometimes they take a urine sample to determine diabetes. You can be sure that they would have informed you by now, if they had found anything wrong with you. If they had done they would have asked you to go in for further blood tests.
