Something is up with my tongue.HELP

few days ago, my taste buds begin to swell up near my throat. then, the bottom of my tongue, on the left side hurts when i move my tongue. i know this may not be normal, but i need help. also, the only part that seems to swell is at the bottom and the middle of my tongue. and not at the front. i am dying to find out the answers i really need help cause it hurts alot
