There are good books and sources out there that can help you a lot with your interview skills, of course you need confidence.

Job interviews are an art.
You got to do extensive research on the internet, and you should always rehearse interviews with a friend beforehand. Since you’ve done so many, you’ll know what questions to expect/

well, you have done a lot already, but have your really “practiced” good interview techniques?

get someone who understands this to interview you, and provide feedback on your responses.

have “canned” responses ready for the obvious questions.

and don’t underestimate personal hygiene. even a hint of body odor or bad breath and you can pretty much forget it.

There are a lot of reasons why your job interview may not be successful. First, be encouraged by the fact that you got the job interview in the first place. This means that your resume and letters of application are doing their job and creating the right impression. Focus on the interview itself and spend some time considering why it didn’t go well. An excellent article on understanding why job interviews don’t go well can be found at a href=”http://www.best-job-interview.com/bad-job-interviews.html”>Why Bad Job Interviews Happen /a>.

They usually pick either someone they know or someone they clique with. They are so stupid! That’s why there are so many inept workers out there!

I haven’t done alot of interviews but some good practice couldn’t hurt. I mean you want to use a friend that will help you and that they can set aside being friends and help you get ready to sell ur self to an employer.
