Eating Crap.

Any advice for someone who hasn’t eaten for a long time… how to start again?

I’m being made to and I need to do this my way before I have to do it everyone elses way.

Help… please?

Eat healthy food like potato and other stuff lol
go onto a healthy eating diet plan online maybe ??

Do you mean you were having a fast? How long has it been since you’ve eaten?

Your stomach needs to get used to the idea of having food in it, so start off with something easy to digest, like soup. If you tried to stuff something more intense in there, you could get major cramps and other problems could occure.

I’d probably be more help if I knew a bit more about your situation.
