The real God is found in the Bible.

we should but some of the responces here are just too funny x
yeah and like somebody knows who the real god is, there could many many gods for all we know, nobody knows, just pick a sucker and hope its got bubblegum in the center.
I believe there is no god but look at this :-
Obviously, all or almost all of the world’s major religions are in error. The probability that any given religion has a correct view of God, Goddess, Gods, Goddesses, or Gods & Goddesses is slim. Of course, the vast majority of believers refuse to accept reality; they are certain that their specific view of God is the only correct one.
In this section, we describe the full range of deities recognized by various religions, including:
Monotheistic: Followers of Islam, Judaism, Sikhism, and other monotheistic religions worship a single indivisible God.
Trinitarian: Most Christians believe in a Trinity, consisting of God the Father, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit — three persons simultaneously existing in a single deity. Members of the Jehovah’s Witnesses, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, the United Pentecostal Church, the Pentecostal Assemblies of The World, and other Oneness Pentecostal denominations reject this concept.
Goddess worship: This involves worship of a single female deity.
Duotheism: Wiccans and many other other Neopagans recognize a male and female deity. Zorastrians believe in an all-good deity and an all-evil deity, similar to conservative Christians.
Polytheism: Polytheistic religions like Santeria, Vodun, and others teach of the existence of a pantheon of Gods, and/or Goddesses.
Henotheism: Henotheistic religions like Hinduism teach a single deity but recognize other gods and goddesses as facets, forms, manifestations, or aspects of that supreme God.
It’s from this website :- http://www.religioustolerance.org/chr…
Then there are greek gods, roman gods and countless others. The choice of which is the real one must be up to you.
For me there is no god, for you, you must choose your own.

I actually was trying to help, I can’t tell anyone who God is, that’s something they have to discover for themselves. Sorry if I offended you.

Just what do you mean by “Their irristable”…Perhaps a question is asked as to poll a survey of what others might think; and not asked out of ignorance… You see some people gave their thoughts as to who the real god is then some replied ignorantly as you did; to say that you were god…
Oh, I’m sorry; does that offend…What are you a god of? You see Jehovah is the Most High God, Creator of the heavens and the earth; yes, even creator of you…Even satan has to bow; and recognize Jehovah’s glory..One day you will to.

uhhhhhhh I am my own god sure jehobo was a made up character in a book (my opinion) my mom and dad created me in the back seat of their car at a drive-in and don’t ever tell me to do something or believe in something because your book says to spread the word well sometimes you people take it way too far like you just did
Done
Mary,ange.
I sugest you read my reply again, Realy read it, so you understand it and go from there.
When you can prove that this thing you talk of, created me, then come and show me that proof.
I will then bow down to this thing you talk of and pledge my life to it.
Fizz.
What exactly are you trying to say?
Oh come on you know exactly what I am saying, you’ve been around this site long enough to know.
Then if this isn’t trying to push religion down peoples throats, what else can it be. “Oh, I’m sorry; does that offend…What are you a god of? You see Jehovah is the Most High God, Creator of the heavens and the earth; yes, even creator of you…Even satan has to bow; and recognize Jehovah’s glory..One day you will to.”
Allright then this part of it. “You see Jehovah is the Most High God, Creator of the heavens and the earth; yes, even creator of you…Even satan has to bow; and recognize Jehovah’s glory..One day you will to.”

I was referring to the fighting and debating on this site.
Yes I know, you are here doing it whith us.
I wasn’t even going to respond to the poster about their beliefs, because I’m not even clear about what they are.
i think the poster meant he was confused because of alll the many different religions and such “who is the real god!?”
Just because I’m here doesn’t mean I’m debating, lol
I’ve been doing a lot of observing, lol
I haven’t got anything against either of you, you have a right to observe as much as you want to. The same as I do.
Now, the problem with this site is, people tend to answer the post’s and help then get diverted by another users reply (like myself) and wonder off on that person when they forget they are here to help the poster not the replier
OK, Dani I accept that. I am away from this one.
and i just realized the poster is mary.ange i’m outta here too now i feel like a idiot
God of creation is the true living God. He has always existed. He created us for His good pleasure.
Are you asking about if there is one God, then how can there be Jesus? You are correct if you recognize Jesus being God as well. It’s a bit confusing, and we call it the trinity although the bible doesn’t mention this by name, but it’s the best we can describe God’s nature and who He is.
God and Jesus and the Holy Spirit are three seperate individuals, but being of the same character and person. They were never created beings, some people think that God created Jesus and the Holy Spirit, but since they are apart of the God head, and God had always existed, they could not have been created after or before God.
As I explained this to my seven year old daughter… If you take an egg… you have the shell, the egg yolk and the white… together they make up an egg, and seperately they are still apart of the egg, but they all hold thier own unique characteristics, but cannot function as an egg without the other pieces but seperately you still know they are parts of an egg.
Jesus Himself said that He cannot and did not do anything outside the will of the father, and the same goes for the Holy SPirit. God who is spirit, is supreme, and functions as the head of all three, but each are individual as you and I, but they do not go against thier character and nature.
anyway, At the will of God, Jesus took on flesh, and sacraficed His life for our sins, three days after He died, He rose again ( By the work of the Holy Spirit) Jesus is now both flesh and spirit in heaven and He says that anyone who recognizes Him and what He has done then we will know the Father, our creator in heaven.
After Jesus was taken to heaven, He sent the comforter, the Holy Spirit to lead and guide every believer. The Holy Spirit resides in us and leads us to the will of God for our lives.
Jesus said, ” I am the way the truth and the Life,”
Hope this helps.
just read old turtle, people.

mary.ange,
Welcome to Help.com. The only True Living GOD is the GOD of Abraham, Issac and Jacob. HIS name is YAHWEH and HE goes by other names that can be found in the HOLY BIBLE. We also call HIM Our HEAVENLY FATHER. (those whom accepted HIS SON as Savior)
I have had a wonderful, privileged opportunity of meeting HIM during an intervention and decision time frame. It’s indescribable! I have had contact with HIS Angels, 2005 was the latest while debating with a “Disobedient Believer.” (I was sent to call the backslidden back to GRACE)
I mention my experience (not the norm) only to increase your desire to pursue this avenue. You won’t be disappointed. For I will pray that GOD, Lord of Heaven and Earth, reveal HIMSELF to you through the HOLY SPIRIT or any way HE see’s expedient.
The Hebrew GOD and HIS Salvation Plan through HIS SON, LORD JESUS CHRIST, is the way to go…..I assure you!
Time is at hand. The Kingdom of GOD is at hand for the Trump of GOD is about to sound. (hopefully the Last Day of the Great Feast)
I pray that HE is calling your spirit….
Most Humbly,

Romans 10:9-10 ¶ That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

There is no answer to that question everyone views god different.
I don’t know how intelligent I am but that is a very good question that I have addressed in conversation before. Great question. Speaking for myself, I would hate to see this world without the belief of a God. Wether you are religous or not, in order to understand the world, you do have to accept the fact that over 90 percent of the planet believes in some Great Creator. As for myself, I would not change my behavior. Wether one believes in God or not, we all have a conscience and 95 percent of the planet has similar beliefs in the difference between right and wrong. Everyone knows that intentional murder is wrong, wether they believe in God or not. Of course there are exceptions to everything. It’s funny, clergymen say that we are made in the image of the Creator and science says that same thing, that we are nothing but vibrating strings of energy created from the Big Bang. “And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. Both sides pretty much say the same thing which is why everyone is in search of the Unified Theory. God is math and mathematics is the language of Truth. In a world where 2 + 2 = 5, which is where we live in nowadays, we constantly get the two mixed up. It is one and the same. Math is God, God is everything, everything is God…bottom line, we are the only species that has the capacity to know what we are and what we are made of. No, only a sociopath would change his behavior based soly on that one factor, wether there is in fact a God or not. And lets face it, if God did come down…BOOM! I AM GOD! You bet your *** that everyone would straighten their *** out anyway!LOL As for me, He is the Father of all Creation. I hope I at least sounded smart!LOL
uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuummmmmmmmmmmm…. i am god…. duh…. what a retarded question. thank you for wasting precious time.
There’s only one God. He’s the God of the Christians, Muslims, Jews, Hindu’s, etc. Keep your faith in Him strong and He’ll guide you. Prayer works.
The Abrahamic god shared by Jewish, Islamic and Christian traditions is probably an amalgem of various pre-Israel gods of fire, mountain and sea (you can find many traces of this in the Old Testament).
The best cure for belief is theology. Go and read up on the factual history of the idea of god, then decide who’s right. Otherwise you’ll just be relying on intuition and the claims people make, and as even Christianity says, that’s the way Satan (Christianity’s other god) works.
Marconious is the only one that has put proof of what god looks like. I dont think the photo is a fake. I’d like to think it’s a real likeness, it’s rather ugly but at the same time kinda cute.
He is the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. The ‘I AM,’ YHWH, Elohim, Adonai, etc., etc.

And this is exactly why I have a problem with a belief in Satan.
Satan & God are not in this eternal tango like the Yin and the Yang fighting for the souls of dead men. God is far more powerful than Satan (if you choose to believe in him) and they are not at all on an equal footing.
However, seeing as there really is no need for a Satan figure and the fact that it was influenced by Jainism during the Babylonian exile which goes against the Law of combining pagan beliefs and practices, I believe Satan was created as a mythological personification of sin and an ideal proponent for the anthropomorphic serpent in the Garden.
Also, most of what Christians believe about Satan is inspired by Dante and John Milton’s works of fiction than from any biblical support or evidence. The idea of falling out of heaven due to an attempted overthrowing and Satan as the ruler of Hell and so on stems entirely out of fiction. There is little to be said about Satan in the Bible.
Finally, looking into the untranslated text of the Bible, the New Testament never uses the word Satan (a Hebrew word meaning ‘adversary’ or ‘opponent’) and was instead implemented by the English translators. It can thus be said that the Satan of the New Testament, who is very different from the Satan of the Old Testament, is a personification of sin, evil, and those who seek to persecute believers. In this sense, it is the same as using ‘Nazi’ as an umbrella term for any terrible person, whether or not the person believes in Nazism or its ideals.
My God… My father, my friend, my beloved… Can’t say anymore really. XX
Me!
Well there is The greco roman belief that the original gods - The titans - are evil and imprisoned in Tartarus, while currently the true gods the rule the world are the Olympians, headed by Zeus, though my favorite gods have always been synonymous with free will, autonomy, intellectualism, and responsibility. The best examples of this are Lucifer (Roman God), Prometheus(Greek I think), Thoth (Egyptian).
I say why choose just one? Go pagan or go home. That way you can choose the god that suits you and your aspirations.
If you can choose your God, doesn’t that mean your God isn’t real? Isn’t it better to seek out the real God?
Please, don’t bite my head off, I like it sitting on my shoulders.
I thought Monkeys were gods

Don’t worry, I am a betta spendens, not a piranha. I don’t actually believe in a real god, aside from the notion that I think is what many scientists think of… That the intelligence of God is not like the intelligence of your or I, God is simply the entirety of the universe and the rules that govern it. Not so different from what Christians to consider god, if you think of the creator as the singularity that existed at the dawn of time.
As far as polytheism goes, Joseph Campbell has an interesting explanation of it being that we can not conceive of or truly know that true god, but the Gods that we do believe in are like masks worn by the true god such that we may come closer by proxy.
I should add that many wiccans and other pagans (not myself) can tell you that particular gods chose them, and not the other way around. Personally I am not religious and have encountered very little evidence of the supernatural.
Obviously there is only one, He just goes by many names, and is worshipped in many diffeent ways by different religions.
you can’t say who is the real god, because they all are the same one, just interpreted differently.
people are entitled to worship how they like, and even those religions who worship several gods are not wrong either. who is here to say there can only be one, He can;t manifest himself in different forms, different ways?
just choose the religion you feel best to follow and go with it ^^

No, NO ONE knows who the “real” God is. Everyone can speculate and bicker all they want but in the end your doing nothing but flustering yourself.
lol betta! that brightened up my day!

MONKEYS=GODS
Some problems with the vidoe you posted infopro:
1) it states the energy that existed before the known universe was an external energy. The scientific theory as I understand it was that the known universe was at one time a singularity. That is to say all of the known universe was a very tiny ball of energy. Time as we know it did not exist before the big bang, but it does not mean that the universe was not eternal.
2) The author of the video assumes that the universe was created and was not eternal. The big bang theory goes that the universe AS WE KNOW IT was not eternal. The energy that created the universe IS the universe. If you deem that energy to be god, then the universe itself is god. While I agree with this stance, it is not in keeping with the notion of a separate intelligent god.
3) goes something like “The universe is so complicated that the energy that created it must have been intelligent”. I have heard that a million times over. How do you measure the complicatedness of the universe? What degree of complicatedness means there must be a god? You are dealing in the realm of the undefined here. There is no way to quantify complexity, and no rational cut off point for where complexity is complex enough to indicate intelligence.
4) The video ends something like: “If you disagree, then you must be a complete invalid retard who pisses his pants and can’t count to three… because we explained it so perfectly it must be obvious to you, or else your just dumb.” I love this argument. If you disagree with me then your stupid. Just great.

I didn’t like the ending either however, I was hoping “Cool Heads” would prevail and the underlining message would provoke some deep thought.
Just for the record, I would never call anyone dumb or stupid. So rest assured, it’s not my video but it has an important message attached to it. However, I do forgive you for making a mockery of my LORD’S Crucification.
