Women aren’t easily explained, but either are men. Especially where hormones are concerned. Sometimes we just don’t feel like explaining everything to someone, and sometimes we’re looking for a little push to let it all come out and feel better. We’re probably harder to judge what to do when then males, admittedly, and a lot of it just requires being lucky, having instinct and being psychic. But the best you can whole-heartedly do it stick by this girl and try and be there when she’s ready to say what she means.

Unless you guys really have the glue that sticks you together, and you really try to be sensitive when telling her about this, and she can really listen to your constructive criticism well, and do something about it, it’s just something that may always happen.

My wife is like that. She’s been getting better, but it always still happens. Heck, it even rubs off onto me :P

Also, realize that most men can open one emotion box and close another (I feel happy now because _____, ok, now I feel sad because ___, etc.). However, women generally have several boxes open at the same time (I’m happy about this AND sad about this AND confused about this… all at the same time)… it’s kind of hard to explain, but it’s true, psychological studies have been done, and yes, women are much more emotionally complex than men.

So, be diligent, and try your best to be gentle and kind with her. She will come around, cheer up :)
