Best way to get music into my kitchen from my living room?
I have my stereo in my liviing with decent speakers and my mac as the digital jukebox playing through a Airport express. My problem is that the sound is muffled by the time it gets to my ktichen (the center of which is probably 20 feet from the stereo speakers). It is a pretty open floor plan between living room and kitchen but they are separate rooms. i want speakers in my kitchen so I can hear the music well and independently control the volume. The rub is that I don’t have a crawl sapce or a second story and I don’t want to run speak wire through my living room ceiling into my kitchen. Are there wireless speakers that are any good? Is there some kind of kitchen base station that could synch with my stereo and power kitchen speakers. What options do I have? thanks in advance for any help anyone can give.
