Nope. At 0 K is the lowest temperature there is. Cant measure a temperature that doesn’t exist.

seems like an unlikely title for anything because
no one has ever been able to have temperatures below 0° Kelvin.
They have gotten millionths of a degree from absolute zero.
But not absolute 0° Kelvin.

At Zero Kelvin, things stop moving…. that would make measuring rather difficult!
