This is just an entry to give God the glory!

I don’t expect everyone to join me in my excitement, however it’s not those people I’m trying to reach but those who feel hopeless and are hearing things like “There are starving people, why should you expect God to answer you about seemingly trivial matters?” Let me tell you as Jesus did one of His disciples. It was before His death and a lady came and broke open an expensive bottle of fragranced oil to anoint his feet. One of His disciples said that was a waste because it could have been sold and given to the poor. Jesus told him they would always have the poor with them but He wouldn’t be there long. Yes we should definitely care for the poor in fact I am a minister and our ministry is to the poor, down and out, however, I had a need of the moment. It meant the world to me and He cared. My daughter needed help with her wedding and I didn’t know where it would come from. Do I care about the poor…yes! Did I care about my youngest daughter’s wedding, yes, yes! Well so did God! In the short time I called out for help, we had someone we didn’t even know, buy her wedding dress, another lady we didn’t know bought her a tiara, hand make her a veil and made all bouquets, another sent beautiful favors for everyone and someone else sent candles, all at no cost to us. We never ask for any of this! Two days before the wedding, a man called us and bought a bank instrument from my husband before he even received it and that totally paid for everything!! I’ve spent my life in service to God and He cares for my wants as well as my needs no matter what shape the world is in! He cares for me and He cares for you as well! Don’t be afraid to ask God for your needs no matter what negative you may hear. His heart is touched with your hurt and you don’t have to stand in line behind the “important” needs, your need “is” important to Him! I wish all of you the very best in life and the opportunity to know the true “gift giver”! God bless!

Im sorry, i dont mean to sound unkind, but there are so many people living on the street with no home, starving children and many other disadvantaged people who Im sure need charity well before a flashy wedding.

im sorry that your daughter needs this much money for her wedding. im also sorry that you just got out of the hospital, however, if this is happening, then something with your plans need to be changed. i personally do not believe that god is going to grant such a wish for something that is not life threatening.

We are doing the wedding ourselves. I understand what you say about people on the streets, that is where we minister. The wedding reservations were made months ago and just in the last few weeks this has snowballed. Believe me I wish it were not on us but it is what it is and all we are looking for is someone that can help as we have done to so many others. I believe we will find the answer if we keep looking. Thanks :)

That maybe true, but we have been extremely faithful in helping others through horrible times and I believe what you sow, you will reap. We have spent our life in our ministry “Hungry Heart Ministries” and I believe if we search God will do this for us. Wouldn’t ask if we hadn’t spent our life in service to others. We’ve never had to ask and now it’s hard but we need to know where to go in order to have answers for others, I guess. Just a mother in wedding stress :)

Ok, just calling out the troops for help! Need to know if someone may have some wisdom or know of someone who could give us some immediate help. I already have an account and profile here but am going to post the blog I put on another site with our desperate need. If you just know of someone or a place we could get help, it would be a tremendous blessing. Thank you :)

My daughter is getting married in only 7 days. Our business has almost totally shut down. She is getting married at a ranch where they do everything. Actually in 48 hrs. we have to pay $4000 to these people and don’t have a dime. I just got out of hospital a week ago. The situation is about to bring us all down. This should be such a joyful occasion and our daughter is so excited not knowing where we are. Does anyone know of anyone who can help us? I can even give them the name of the place if they would rather not give anything to us. We also have a pay pal if that is easier for someone. We are ministers and have two web sites if you what to know who we are. This is an extreme situation that we need immediate help. They say no wish is too big, It just seems so impossible to ask this of anyone who doesn’t know us but anything is possible if God helps! God Bless
