“No matter how strongly you believe, you can never change in the truth.”
This quote crawled out of the darkest depths of my mind. Maybe it will mean something to you.
This is true, but very few things in life are based on definitive truths.
Or is that just what we tell ourselves so we can avoid it?
Hmmmm, I think we make ourselves think there are more truths in our reach to make us feel safe. I think it is braver to be content with the unknown, than to spend your life seeking the truth.
Nine,How have you been lately?
i believe that it really depends on the person who thinks of the truth as you are speaking of.. just like when someone says something one way.. some may perceive it to mean something else.. just as the way that we see things in life.. including the truth..
The way I see it…
There is a door. Something is behind the door. Some people have seen what is behind the door. Some people have seen behind different doors. Some people have seen pictures. Some people have made drawings and passed them off as pictures. Some people make wild claims and convince others. But no matter how strongly you know something to be true, right or wrong, it will not change what is actually behind the door. Nothing can do that.
Just my image of it.
Do not want.
Truth is limiting, limits are bad. Bah!
Love your attitude Mou!! You are so right!!

There are two ways to be fooled: One is to believe what isn’t so; the other is to refuse to believe what is so. - Soren Kierkegaard
Men stumble over the truth from time to time, but most pick themselves up and hurry off as if nothing happened. - Winston Churchill
God offers to every mind its choice between truth and repose. Take which you please; you can never have both. - Ralph Waldo Emerson
Man can certainly keep on lying… but he cannot make truth falsehood. He can certainly rebel… but he can accomplish nothing which abolishes the choice of God. - Karl Barth
Truth is not determined by majority vote. - Doug Gwyn
Some minds are like concrete, thoroughly mixed up and permanently set. - Rev. Denny Brake
