Laxative is a good way to clean out your system.
After you have eaten foods that are not really that healthy its a good idea to take some laxative, there are a lot of positive effects from it.
Stretching before and after a exercise is VERY important, help reduce the risk of injury, increase flexibility and reduce the feeling of being soar.
