I have been living with a disease call lupus for the

past 14 years.for the past 7years i have not work, lost every house,car became from single,living with $600.00 a month from s.s.i. i have not accomplishing anything over the years i am so depressed.i feeli am just exiting,not living,need to go back amound the living.fearful do not know were to start,financial stress,health problem,single with 3 teenageri am so angery.any advice,please help me.

There is no point in getting angry over what has already happened. It seems like you do want to get out of this depressive state. The first place to begin would be to reconstruct your life around what your options are. Financial and health stress is not to be taken likely, but it is not everything. You have three teenagers…I do not know what your relationship is like with them…if it is not good…work to make it better. You would be amazed at how the light on our moods and situations change when we alter the basics of our lives and the relationships with those around us.
