Eating less food does not help. Its a matter of eating healthier food. You could try excerising more as well

hey girl you’re hot and from what you said about your height and weight you aren’t overweight it sounds more like a problem of self-confidence than of obesity to me but that’s just my humble opinion take it or leave it…

According to this website, you are under weight - http://www.halls.md/ideal-weight/met.htm. Starving yourself would not be a healthy way to lose weight. If you want to look toned, incorporate daily exercises to your everyday routine. Avoid eating sweets (candy, soda, and desserts) and junk food. What you wear on your body and how you wear your hair can factor into how “short” you can look (even though 5’5 isn’t really short). You may want to avoid wearing Capri pants, as that tends to make people look shorter. Try wearing your hair up or cutting it to shoulder length. Wearing heels can also help achieve looking taller. Hope this helps.

hnykiss0505 i think you need to go back and look at your table again. you apparently were assuming she is of the “large frame” category but yet from her looks in the pictures id say she’s around “medium frame” therefore she’s right on the money denying the facts won’t help her

shartshooter8, she said she’s 5′5 and weights 116 lbs. According to the table, she is under weight regardless what frame she is.

Regardless, you’re still not overweight. If you want to look fit, incorporate exercise into your routine.

If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully. Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at

I agree, at that height you don’t need to lose weight, but I think the best way to lose weight is to exercise. I’m going into 10th grade and done just about every sport and in my opinion the most fun and best to get fit are gymnastics (guy gymnastics is NOT gay), swimming, and rowing.

You could be a great cox in a boat. they’re usually short light people who sit in the boat and yell at the rowers. they also steer and help manage the team, Great for college because of leadership, and its easy.

just give it a thought
