How to bead blast?

Anyone know how to bead blast calcium off of swimming pool tile?? What’s involved? I know there is a hopper, a hose, a gun, and powdered glass. I understand the concept(just like sandblasting) , but have never done or seen it done. Any input would be very helpful.
