That sounds like a very frustrating situation, one where you have been taken advantage of while you were most vulnerable, and it is punishable by law if the victim can prove this. Im not sure what your financial position your in at the moment, but if you are absolutely sure that someone has taken your home from you through illegal terms, then you should get yourself a lawyer, to ensure you are compensated fairly.

Thanks for that. Am in the process of getting medical records which will show that I was psychotic at the time I agreed to sign over my share of my home to my ex. Thanks for the help
