Alternate alcoholic drinks with water and don’t drink on an empty stomach (but don’t stuff yourself). Also try sticking to ‘clean’ sources of alcohol, such as vodka with a mixer and don’t mix your drinks. You will have more fun if you’re not incredibly drunk.

Have a great night!

eating-yes

not mixing drinks-yes

don’t lay down if you feel sick.try to get some air or eat something.the moment you lean back or lay down, you’ll hurl (personal experience).or try to walk it off.
