A glass cup vs a disposable paper cup - Which causes less harm to the enviroment?

I want to save some waste and money but I don’t know what to eliminate - Glass that needs to be washed with water or paper that creates a ton of waste and cant be used again.

I think glass would be less harmful in the long run…That water can end up being re used eventually…

I’m pretty sure glass is much better than paper, even when you factor in washing it.

Creating a paper cup uses alot of chemicals, and they have to be shipped to the store you buy them from. Glass that may be true as well, but only one time, not every time you use it.

I think glass, or plastic, cups are the better of the two. Yes, they use water, but theres more water on Earth than land. Waste has to go somewhere (land). Plus, this of all the money youre wasting buying tons and tons of paper cups.

Glass costs for water washing but disposable cups can cost to the environment when being thrown away
