Talk to your insurance company some do referral services, and don’t be afraid to change PCP’s if they are not meeting your neccessary standard of care.

I hate it too when I get up the nerve to tell a doctor about something serious to me and get booted. Ticks me off. One thing I’ve learned is to express how much it bothers me. Sometimes helps. yeah she made me want to cry. i think in 5 years i will have no hair and have to start wearing wigs. i will try to call me insurance and see if they can refer me to one. or i will go to a different doc. to try to get one. thanks

Good idea,keep trying till you get what you need.It reminds me of how cancer patients years ago had to wear headbands or buy their own wigs,thank God,that has changed,now insurance co.s pay for them.Well, have a good one :)
