it is very unhealthy to do this so fast. Why do you need to lose so fast?

the majority of our weight is water. if you want a quick fix for an event then work out in a sweat suit( like tie garbage bags around all areas of your body and work out). this will shed major water weight. this method is used by wrestlers to cut weight for a match.

You may want to go on a small diet but still eat a reasonable ammount. If you’re really hoping to do this, Exercise everyday for a really long time. My friend ate an apple and a granola bar for breakfest, soup and sandwich for lunch, and for dinner rice veggies and some corn beef. Also she ran 2 Miles everyday and joined a health club and was stuck at that place for a while. You can do it!

I have been losing about 1-1 1/2 pounds a week just by doin the eliptical for 30 min or the stationary bike for an hour everyday in the morning and doing light weights for about 30-45 minutes after work. I also eat anything I want (but stay away from sodas and candy/chips/cookies/etc) but I keep everything proportioned and i may have a granola bar or trail mix or yogurt for my in between meal snack. I drink only drink water and maybe gatorade every once in a while. Its been almost 2 months and i’ve lost 10 pounds. i feel great though. im sure if i didnt fall off the bandwagon a couple of times i would be losing more. Its something you have to stick with though. You might hate it at first but after doing it for so many days you will start feelin guilty for missing a day at the gym. I hope this helps.

Consistency is your best ally. Stay in the gym and rotate upper and lower body workouts at least 3 times a week. Include a full body workout once a week. Also include eliptical or treadmill 3-4 times a week. For calories take your weight and times it by 13. This should be your calorie intake per day to help properly burn weight at an average of 1 lb. per week. I have lost 15 lbs in 3 months staying with this workout method.
