Someone who works at WNET said that he started an argument of some sort while hailing a cab and a scuffle ensued. I’m sure we will learn what happened in short order.

there was a youtube clip somewhere but i got pulled…he was assulted while interviewing a family member who had false testimony on the stand that put away a man for 23 years…then he hit the sidewalk which is why he has a gash on his forehead he had to get like 5 stiches i think

No. Robin Wright and Robin Wright Penn are two different people. Robin Wright is a correspondent for the Washington Post. Robin Wright Penn is Sean Penn’s ex-wife.

Charlie Rose is having the excess skin on his eyelids removed. However, “the show must go on!”, so he is having the surgeries performed on each eye separately. Macintosh is sponsoring Channel 9 and as a favor of sorts, Channel 9 is spreading the rumor that Charlie Rose was protecting his Macbook Air. Very funny! Everyone believes it though!

Like many folks in the field of “journalism”, Charlie has a reputation for having, as was said in Newsweek mag. about Wm. F. Buckley (that he, Buckley, had “a hollow leg”), it’s rummored that Charlie had a slight accident after a long cocktail hour. Some nights he looks very hung over, and others, as though he’s quite “rested”. He has pretty obvious bags under his eyes, doesn’t make sense that he’d have the stitches over his eye. The stitches today are made, yeek!, inside the lower lid. Slow down, Charlie.

crashed to the ground.

Eric, I ran into one of your old posts. Steptic should be spelled ’styptic’. I’m sure you can find it many places buy with a quick look I found that www.drugstore.com has a 1 oz. “Styptic Pencil” for $2.99. Hope that helps you out.
