I’m not sure about why it is in the US. But in Canada
when they decided to bring in the 65-year-old pension.
I laughed when I found out at that time the average lifespan was 65 years.
Now there is compassion for you. They couldn’t have said it at 63 or 60 or something.
No it had to be how long you’re likely to die. If you look at a standard
the statistical bell curve you’ll see that if average age is 65
then half of the people die below 65 and half will die after 65.
