I am looking for an investor for my expanding bookkeeping/notary business in Massachusetts.

The funds that I am requesting are 50,000 USD. I am looking to buy furniture and equipment for my businees as well as 2 PC’s, accounting software packages, 2 additional phone lines, some advertising and mostly my vechicle expenses along with liability insurance.

I would appreciate the funds by the end of March if possible

I really don’t think that your going to be getting any takers on this matter. You need to go to the bank and submit a business proposal for a loan. You say that your a bookkeeper/notary so you should know how to do this and provide the cash flow information that is needed to secure this loan for your business. Hope this helps :-)

Already have gone that route and really don’t want my personal credit used–that is why I am looking for an investor

Have you incorporated or protective your business with an LLC?
Then you’ll be able to borrow against the business’ name and not your own. I’ve had luck with just an ad in the newspaper classified section.

Are you in an office already? why the need for furniture, equipment and 2 computers and phone lines? Do you not have these already?

Sorry so many questions.
