I orginally had comcast your men put in a cable a man

came and set it up then my presairo was cancelled so i called your company and deleted comcast.now my son or his secreary put presario on (paid for renewal) now your modem lit up i can get to comcast but do not know how to set it up please help me such as name and password

Wait, when was I hired by Comcast? I had no idea I was a customer service representative. Did Comcast hire my friends, too, to go to anons’ houses and set up their cable for them? I’m very confused. Please, someone tell me what’s going on.

Yes i was on chat and great woman helped me and then said that she woild enter all nessesary questions such as pass word and i could go ahead then i got through for a few days and boom could not get through my son is an attorny in n.y. and un be known to me he was in hospital for colon cancer and he told all family and workers not to let me know as he was afraid to let my husband know as he has dementia and it would possible have a heart attack. my only
Thong that keeps me going is e mail to his shpmts ww2 wivex.

Eleanor gross; all iwant is to be set up i am paying for comcast plus i spoke to cowboy when i first got this hook up two weeks ago.

Get in touch with Comcast and ask them how to fix the problem. This is help.com and has nothing to do with Comcast. Your at the wrong site. Hope this helps. :-)
