I’ve never had mutch luck in viruses, once they hit me they stay until I format my drive. So that’s a solution, format your hard drive.
Remember to take backup of the things you wan’t to keep.

nut.. once i removed the virus manually. I’m still trying a search on google.. my laptop infected.. PC working fine.. so still this time again i can do the success removal.
I never give-up on formatting.. there is still a way to remove this virus..

any more reply.. pls give some links..

Usually you can’t install an antivirus on an already-infected machine.
And Norton would be one of the worst choices anyway. I don’t see from
your post why you think you can’t install anything, but it may still be
possible to clean up the machine. Only you know your skill level; if you
don’t have pretty good computer skills, see the Standard Caveat at the
end of this post.

do all scans in Safe Mode.

worry you. Scroll all the way down to almost the bottom of the page and
