Just to clarify, they want to know what kind of computer it is laptop or desktop, the specs if you know them, how you connect to the internet and any other information you can supply. Also please amplify on your statement “MY COMPUTER WOUN’T WORK”. What makes you think it’s not working? Please describe what happened and if you received any error messages, exactly what did they say
