resently my emotions have been raging uncontrollibly.

i never seem to know wuts next. Im confused with somethings in life. Some times I just randomly turn numb-ish for some unknown reason.

If this goes on for a long time, and interferes with your life, work, school, whatever it is you do, you should probably try and get some help from a counselor if you can.
