Oh man, I feel really old right now. LOL!

Try some beaded curtains hanging in front of the window. And a couple really big bean bag chairs!

But I think the beaded curtains would be cool hehe. Don’t forget the lava lamp, psychedlic posters, and the incense… hehe.

I feel dumb for asking this, but I’m a guy, will the beads still look alright? They should, right?

Tye-dye huge sheets of fabric that are the same size as each of your walls, then hang them up. Your whole room will be all groovy, man. Peace!

I guess the beaded curtains would work for guys or girls.. just get a more “masculine” one.. I’ve seen some “hemp” shaped beads haha… just depends..they have all kinds.

Dude I was wondering those things too. Cool someone else my age (I think) wants to get their room that way too. ^^
I’m going to get two blacklights, a beaded curtain, maybe a shag rug and/or a beanbag, blackligh posters would be cool and an incense burner. I’m also going to try to tie dye some stuff and make my own smudge stick.
The only things holding me back are having no money and not knowing where to get all the stuff. ^^”

(btw I have my matress on the floor too, you should absolutely do it! It’s very relaxed.)

I don’t know what color your walls are, but maybe you could paint those too (you know, cause there’re always little pieces of wall you can see between the posters and stuff). And umm, idk not putting up the posters straight, but a little messy.
Hmmm, I guess you could do stuff with your closet and desk (if you (still) have one in your room). Like, paint it or put posters over it or something.

Uh, I know a girl, she ‘pimped’ a cabinet of her. First she got off the varnish, then she repainted it and looked up a cool print (wallpaperprint actually :P) on the internet. She printed it and had something sharp, so she could trace the print onto the cabinet. (That blackpaper stuff could be usefull too, idk if you know it?) And with a paint brush she went over the traced lines, so you could actually see it. It turned out really cool, with the right colors and print you could do something like that to make a cabinet/closet/whatever kinda psychedelic or hippie too.
Could be done within a week(end) if you really work on it. :)
