hey everyone i’m wondering if anyone knows of like semi cheap clothing stores that are still cute like forever 21, but obviously not that one.

so does anyone know more stores like forever 21?

Hm… I think Wet Seal, has some cute clothes and are affordable… Mandee’s is slightly pricier, but still in the same range (I think)… Sorry, not much help there…

Some of these stores might only be on the west coast idk…
wet seal, anchor blue, charlotte russe, styles for less, sirens, You can also check out sales at some nice retail stores like old navy(great sale selection), guess, express, etc. Check if you have any outlet malls/stores in your area, you can find designer stuff for super cheap. Also, try out those stores that are in small plaza areas too, the ones that look kinda ghetto, but you can actually find some cute cheap stuff there
