I feel that the spark has been taken out of my life.

Nothing makes me happy anymore. It’s seems so monotonous. I don’t know what to do.

Do something that scares you, take a chance… Nothing great, but I suggest flirting with someone in traffic, or just saying something random to someone you don’t know… Its always fun shocking your friends slightly, it gives you a good boost of adrenaline…

Wrong answer. Being an idiot is not the way to improve your life. If anything do something good for someone. Genuinely try to make someone else’s life brighter and if you are sincere about it darkness has no more legal authority over you.

Perhaps you are clinically depressed?

It’s not all the time. When I’m with other people I feel fine, but I sometimes think I automatically put up a fake front to hide my vulnerability.

I don’t like showing that I’m unhappy, or upset because then people will know what to use to hurt me

the people who care about you shouldn’t use your insecurities against you, thats just cruel. has someone done that to you before, someone close to you? its hard to feel happy when you dont feel content inside of yourself. maybe you need to do something for just you. we spend so much time surrounded by people and worring about how we’ll be percieved that sometimes we don’t get to really know ourselves. could you be unhappy because you don’t know yourself enough? i mean, you dont know yourself enough to know what makes you truely happy. have you ever given yourself time to try and learn new things, discover what makes you happy?
