I know how much this sucks, but you have to see a doctor RIGHT AWAY! If it helps, this is probably one of the more minor things your doctor has had to deal with, nowhere near the most embarassing. If you want to go to your doc armed with some information check out webMD.com maybe.
But seriously, these are very bad symptoms, and it’s probably either something serious that should be looked at or something that can be easily fixed with a cream or something!

I don’t understand why you think it can’t be a bladder infection. Bladder infections and urinary tract infections often go away for a short time and then just come back out of nowhere, even if untreated.

if you’re 15 then pretty soon you’ll have to have your first gynecologist appointment anyway. (Well, when you’re 18 I think is when it’s recommended or whatever).
They kind of suck, and it’s weird, but trust me it’s worth it to be healthy! Plus, it sounds really painful. Can you talk to your parents/guardians about it? They can help you find a female doctor so that it won’t be so awful, maybe.

It is possible to have recurring bladder infections for years. If you want to try at-home treatments, just drink a lot of water (at least 8 cups per day), urinated frequently, and possibly take some cranberry supplements or drink unsweetened cranberry juice (it is very tart so if you need it to be sweetened, try adding some unsweetened grape juice to it instead of sugar.) Avoid sugar or caffeine because both will really irritate your bladder more.

However, even if you do these things strictly and it does not go away within a couple of weeks, or if it goes away and comes back, you need to see a doctor about it because prolonged bladder infections can spread to your kidneys and cause permanent damage.

If you go to a doctor they will prescribe antibiotics for you, but you have to get a prescription because there are different kinds of antibiotics and not all of them will help a bladder infection.

And, yes, Pepsi Max will probably irritate any kind of infection that you have in that general area since it contains a lot of sugar.

Cranberries and drinking cranberry juice helps in urinary problems.

Caffeine definitely irritates bladder infections (and I’m sure that is what you have) - I get bladder infections about once a month, but it’s been a bit better since I stopped having any caffeine. I don’t know if you drink alcohol, but cutting that out would be good too. As the others said, cranberry juice or cranberry tablets are good. They can help a lot BUT if it doesn’t help and doesn’t make it go away you need to go to the doctor and get antibiotics. I left it too late to get antibiotics once and ended up really sick and in hospital because the infection moved from my bladder to my kidneys and then into my blood. If it’s coming back all the time, you might want to consider seeing a doctor anyway.
