please help!

i have so much anxiety right now that i´m shaking. i don´t now what to do to handle it.

First take a couple of deep breaths breathing in through your mouth and out through you nose. This signals the body to relax. Then start doing some thing your enjoy and it will get mind off your anxious thoughts and feelings.

yes and no :/ one thing is that i am so afraid that my girl, who is away on a trip with som friends, will abandon me or be unfaithful. that really gets on my mind.
