Sorry about the amount of posts I have written!

Just one more tonight. Today I have eaten a bowl of porridge made with water, a cup of tea with low fat milk and a bowl of tomato soup with slices of brown bread. It is 11.20pm and I really should go to bed but I’m a bit peckish do you think it would be best nutritonally to eat cereal, low fat yoghurt and fruit or just a cup of tea? Thanks

Mmm. Steak and chips and an ice cold beer. Tesco should still be open… :o)

But seriously, if you’re quite hungry eat the cereal, cos it’s carbs. If you’re not really but fancy something, eat the yoghurt and fruit. If you don’t want anything have the cup of tea.

Unless you have an eating disorder, in which case, read the sides of the packaging (I’m joking, you’ll already know) and eat enough calories to fulfil your daily plan. And keep it down. :o)

And if you haven’t, ignore that bit. Sorry! :o))

You wrote a post apologizing for all the posts you wrote. LOL!

I think you should eat a bananna and a glass of milk (skim) before bed: it’ll fill you up without the cal overload. And if you want great dreams, eat some peanut butter!

Funny enough I did have anorexia for 2 years, out of rehab about a year ago, I wonder if what I'’m eating seems normal? Is it not enough then?

I did just wonder…
It doesn’t seem a great many calories to me. Are you a stable weight? I mean, if you don’t need to lose weight, it doesn’t sound very many. It also sounds low protein and low fat. But the most important thing is probably just not to stress about the food you eat?
If that was all I had eaten in a day, and I wasn’t looking to lose weight, I would, honestly, be thinking more along the steak and chips line.
:o) Gosh, this is making me huuuuungry. :O)

Do you have a target calorie intake?
Sounds like not so very much to me.
Take care, whatever you decide to eat. I’m for my bed.
See you around! :o)
