you should tell your g.p, about this….
Try some breathing excersises when you feel this start…

I have suffered from pain attacks and anxity for most of my adult life
to the point of blacking out…Meditation helps…
lack of sleep isn’t funny (the mind races trying to keep up with whats going on around it)though it cant keep up

also try tai chi,

if you dont know any give it a google (I think there are some vids on you tube too)

so does talking about whatever it is that’s causing this

but remember tell your g.p. I am not a doctor just a sufferer:)

yea go see a doc they can give you some good meds that will take care of the problem
