Go to tools, options, privacy, show cookies, youtube folder and delete all the files that have next to expires: end of session. You do how ever have to be above 13 or something like that.

Ya the same thing ahppens with me. When I type in all the correct info. even with a fake birthday I click “i accept” and then “Sorry. Based on the information you have submitted to us, you are ineligible to register for YouTube.com.” shows up on my screen. This is so stupid, why cant I create an account!
