I like my roast beef a bit pink in the middle. Should you eat more? Well I’d get rid of the cornflakes - they are for rabbits. Start every day with that hot water with a slice of lemon. It will make you feel so ill you wont be thinking about food. Anyone who takes the trouble to cook a roast dinner on a Friday obviously loves their food!!! I’d suggest some cheese and crackers for supper with a nice, crip white wine. Regards Marie

If you are going to eat a bit meal then lunchtime is the best. If you are hungry in the evening then go ahead and eat, you can eat healthy stuff it that’s what you’re worried about. Not eating for more than a few hours isn’t good for you.

I’d have something snall in the evening, like a sandwich or something. If you have a big lunch it’s ok to have a smaller dinner. If you don’t eat too many calories on a regular basis, you should not put on weight.
