Drinking lot’s of water helps otherwise you’ll wake up very thirsty.

Usually you’ve had too much when you’re no longer worried that you’ve had too much.

A good test is if you’d take someone home after a line like that then you’ve had too much

Just make sure to stop when you want 1 more drink and you’ll be ok. The last one always gets you. Eat fatty foods, drink water, don’t mix drinks.

Most people think the water will be a cure all for hang overs. But many hangovers are methanol toxicity not ethanol. Dark beer and red wine have high methanol contents and will turn into formaldehyde (what we use on dead bodies). By mixing drinks (especially dark liquors) you increase the chances of this toxicity.
