Ok so im just wondering if This is worth going to the ER for.

I had a really bad toothache yesterday, today I woke up and the tooth still hurts and the right side of my face is very swollen. I dont fell all that well either, im cold and sweaty. I feel sick to my stomach. I dont have a dentist and cant really afford one right now so the ER is the only place I can go . Am I just worrying to much? or does anyone else think it would be a good idea and get it looked at.

Go to the ER, it is serious. You could have nerve damage.

You can go to the ER or you could rinse your mouth out with a mixture of 2 table spoons of peroxide in a full glass of warm water, it will help take out the infection also use some ambisole for the pain. Then on Monday go to the clinic and get some penicillin to remove the infection. The dentist will not work on you tooth until the infection is gone. This is the cheapest way to do this. Hope this helps :-)

sounds like you have a major abscess or a major infection.. an infection so bad can actually travel through your bloodstream which is not a very safe thing to happen.. my suggestion is going to the er and getting some meds..
