computer help: How to cure Yahoo Games error-41? - Help.com

How to cure Yahoo Games error-41?

Trying to access Yahoo’s Games via BT Broadband using a computer with XP.
The error code suggests the problem is due to using Windows Millennium or earlier.
Cure is essentially to get and use XP.
BUT I have it already.
Does anyone have the remedy, thanks.
