Is that because you’re afraid to speak publicly or you never can talk to the teachers?

you’re pretending what? why are you scared? a little more insight would be helpful :)

I would start with this: Who were you speaking to? Why did you feel comfortable talking to them?

If you can identify that, you might be able to use those ideas to help you be more comfortable talking with others.

Perhaps you can talk to your teacher about it– or write her a note, at least. Tell her why you were not frightened in that situation, and ask her if she can help you think of a way to fell that way more often in school.

You are probably just anticipating a response from them and you are afraid of the response, not necessarily the teachers themselves. I mean, we pick our friends because we know they are like us and (normally) share similar characteristics and views on things. However, whenever you talk to someone new, there is that initial fear that they will make fun or us or think we’re stupid or whatever. Once you realize that that is just their opinion, normally you can get past it and accept whatever people call you without issue.

Just try to relax. I don’t know what kind of school you are in, but if there are people in that school that don’t know you. Try talking to them, it might just help break you out of that insecurity.

well ur friend would cause they are ur friends they dont judge they help and if they are not then they arnt ur friends theres notrhing wrong with teachers ok there just like us but want to help u with teaching ok so think of that ur parents that want to help u learn try that and just tell her ur telling the truth and why would i lie about that ok
