Does anyone know if there are ways to get over a crush and if there are what are they?

You can get over it, but it will take time. You have to change your thoughts about this person, or condition yourself to stop thinking about them… you change focus to other things. If you catch yourself thinking about them, you tell yourself stop and change focus. Find other distractions. Eventually you won’t think of them as much, and hopefully you can move on to something new.

When i had that crush a long time ago i dumped her by thinking to my self: “i hate you” and i eventually stopped liking her
