mk my name is britney wish for help so please please help me

my problem is that i have a health problems ( respiratory problems) but that is not the big problem .once we were studying in the clas ana i was stressed because of the lessons & my teacher come to tell us that our class mate died & i already get scare from death i donn know what i felt my breath stops & i feeled of death i was shooked & until this time every day in the samre period in the same day i have the same problem also i have so many sleeping problems soo plz plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz help me what ia can do

1-keep this off ur mind, cuz it will get to u.
2-if you , just talk to someone, or see a doctor
3-go online, check forums or websites for conditions such as urs.

u can do all sorts of stuff~ but ultimately , u should talk to a doctor~
and hopfully everything will be alright :)

You need to see a doctor - the repeated memory of this is triggering you to get ill. Tell your family or teacher or friend just tell someone. This is very easily fixed - Good luck Marie
