I use Waitrose.com as my ISP.
I recently changed my BT Voyager 105 USB ADSL Modem for one supplied by Waitrose. It is a D-Link DSL-G624T, WiFi certified to enable a wireless connection though my laptop, downstairs.
Since installing it I can only get a Local Area Connection with a speed of 100.0 Mbps. The connection is so slow. In my Network Connections Broadband for Waitrose is ticked but the says ‘disconnected’.
My Local Area Connections as 1394 Connected 1394 Net Adapter, and Local Area Connection Connected NVIDIA nForce MCP Networking.
How do I get my internet access and speed that I had previously.
I am 76 years old and have MS nad find all this technology quite baffling. Can any body help me.
