i would think so…i love it when random people tell me that
Sure, if that is what you feel.
P.S: I Love You
ya its just your feelings. if u dnt realy love them then never say it weather your together or nt!
awesome …who doest love bailie
just think about it before u say it. theyre strong words :)
what do you want out of saying i love you?
Oh, this complicates it a bit. Tell them how you feel, and it will be up to them to decide what to do with it. Good luck, but remember–don’t force it. Know what you can do and have the courage and wisdom to know when you can’t do anything at all. (^^)

Nice 2 meet you!
Hey, you can always love someone without being thier b/f or g/f… its like a “family” sort of love i suppose you could look at it… but yes of course, and you can tell them, if you really do love them in a brother sister sort of way then yeah sure do it……
