Need help with Elgato EyeTV500 - not getting digital cable signal
I haven’t been able to get my digital cable signal to work on my device. The signal works fine when the cable box is connected to a TV, but not with my 500/iMac hook-up. Sometimes I’m able to get some local channels, but I’m pretty sure those are coming over the air (ATSC)– not even that is consistent. Can anyone help?
